Warranty Service
This warranty covers the repair or servicing of products to ensure they function as intended. It does not automatically entitle customers to refunds, replacements, or returns, unless explicitly authorized by the company.
Service and Parts Replacement
In cases of manufacturing defects requiring parts replacement, we will aim to complete the service within 48 hours, subject to parts availability. We also offer installation service and will respond to service requests within 48 hours of notification.
