Design & Proposal Disclaimer for Intericor Workspace Solutions
This Design & Proposal Disclaimer governs all workspace layouts, furniture plans, conceptual designs, renderings, drawings, specifications, quotations, presentations, proposals, bills of quantities (BOQs), project documents, and related materials prepared and shared by Intericor Workspace Solutions (“Intericor”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accepting, reviewing, accessing, or using any proposal, design document, layout, drawing, rendering, or quotation provided by Intericor, the recipient agrees to the terms outlined in this Disclaimer.
Purpose of Design and Proposal Documents
The designs, layouts, concepts, drawings, renderings, specifications, and proposals prepared by Intericor are developed solely for the purpose of:

Furniture planning
Office space optimization
Budget estimation
Project evaluation

Client review and approval
These materials are intended exclusively for the specific project and recipient for whom they were prepared.

are conceptual representations intended to communicate design intent and planning recommendations.

Renderings and visualizations should not be interpreted as exact representations of the final installed project.
Intellectual Property Rights

The preparation and submission of a proposal do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to the recipient.
Restrictions on Use
Without prior written consent from Intericor Workspace Solutions, recipients may not:
Copy design documents.
Reproduce layouts or concepts.
Share proposals with competing vendors for replication.
Modify or alter design documents.
Use drawings for tendering purposes.
Distribute project presentations.
Replicate custom furniture concepts.
Utilize any part of the proposal for commercial gain.
Unauthorized use may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
Proposal Validity
Unless otherwise specified in writing, quotations and proposals are valid for the period mentioned within the proposal document.
Pricing, specifications, timelines, and material selections may change due to:

Intericor shall not be responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies arising from third-party information.
No Professional Certification
Unless expressly stated in writing, design documents and proposals issued by Intericor do not constitute:

Engineering certification
Fire safety certification
Building code certification
Statutory approval documentation
Appropriate licensed professionals should be consulted where required.
Limitation of Liability
Intericor Workspace Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from:
